  • Is there parking available?
    We have free parking at the hotel and keep all guests car keys in the office and shuffle cars around to accommodate free parking for all guests. We move cars to the street and double park cars to accommodate all our guests. If guests do not wish to leave their car keys at the front desk, there is plenty of free street parking.
  • How is parking throughout Key West?
    Parking throughout Key West is difficult. We suggests parking your car and leaving it during your vacation. We are located in downtown so you can easily walk, bike or scooter anywhere with ease.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is 4:00pm Check-out time is 11:00am – if you just can’t stand to leave Key West and want to check out late – you can pay $75 to stay later in the day and enjoy some more time in sunny Key West.
  • Where do I check-in?
    All guests check in at our lobby at 913 Duval Street. We will give each guest a map to show where your room is located.
  • What are our reservation & deposit policies? That depends on the type of reservation you are making
    Regular reservation – a deposit is taken for the first night plus tax. It is completely refundable until 2 weeks before your arrival date. After this time, your deposit is non-refundable Upon check-in – the remaining balance on your reservation is due Advanced Purchase – Reservations made 21 days prior to your arrival date are eligible for the 15% discounted advanced purchase rate. The entire reservation amount is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • How old do I have to be to make a reservation at Key West Hospitality Inns?
    The person making the reservation must be 25 years or older.
  • Do you allow pets?
    Yes! We love all of our furry guests! We have designated rooms that are pet friendly, so please confirm you have a pet friendly room when you make your reservation. There is a $25 per night fee for each pet.
  • Do you serve a continental breakfast?
    We serve a lovely continental breakfast around our pool every morning for guests staying at Wicker Guesthouse. Guests at Colors on White and an Island Oasis do not have a continental breakfast included.
  • How many people can I fit in a room?
    This will depend on the room. Rooms with 1 bed can fit up to 3 people in the room. There is only 1 bed, so it you need a 2nd bed in the room, please let the front desk know when making your reservations so we may put a rollaway bed in your room before your arrival. There is a $20 per night fee for a rollaway bed. Rooms with 2 beds can fit up to 5 people in the room. There is only 2 beds, so it you need a 3rd bed in the room, please let the front desk know when making your reservations so we may put a rollaway bed in your room before your arrival. There is a $20 per night fee for a rollaway bed. There is no additional fee for children and cribs.
  • What’s there to do in Key West?
    Our front desk staff is highly knowledgeable and can help you with any type of reservation or adventure you are interested in. At no extra cost!   • Can I store my luggage if I arrive before check-in time or after check-out
    Yes! You may store you luggage with our front desk staff at any time before or after your stay.
  • Am I allowed to smoke at the hotel?
    All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. But there are places to smoke outside of your room.
